"I was so impressed with Connor whom I met with to discuss any changes that might be needed to my auto or home policy. He definitely helped me upgrade my auto policy, but I didn’t want changes to my home policy and he respectfully agreed. Connor was kind, engaging, and even used props to get his points across. And we did spend some time talking about our cats ( We each have 2.), but not too long.

The young man took me to his office and asked a few standard questions. He gave me a quote I could live with and we were done.
