"I needed to buy renters insurance for the first time & was a bit overwhelmed with which company to choose, I’m so glad I chose State Farm and that I got assigned thru their site to Jeff Ninness”s branch . I think their famous jingle was lodged in my head subliminally influencing me about them being there like a good neighbor and this location lived up to the jingles promise . My first point of contact was Amanda & she was very professional, patient, & empathetic. She listened carefully as I explained a particular concern I had . She offered a solution to my concern that she said might be possible and it was beyond what I’d asked for or expected . She didn’t sound worried and so it set my mind at ease. Then my agent Michelle contacted me to let me know thar she had already gotten it all settled & fully taken care of. I didn’t need to go thru the whole story again so they obviously communicate well together . It was all settled and done within a few short hours . Michelle was kind and professional, a great listener, & very reassuring. If I ever need to deal with anything more serious related to claims I feel confident that the same empathy & efficiency she had for this relatively small matter will carry through because she handled this small one with so much care.
